Shipping policy

How long it takes

Every made-to-order item is printed after you order it, then shipped. Most U.S. orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days of your order. Holidays and peak seasons run longer, and we will say so on the site when they do.

Originals already exist, so they skip the printing step and ship flat between rigid boards.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico. If you are somewhere else and want something from the shop, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

International orders

Shipping costs for Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico are calculated at checkout. International transit takes longer than U.S. delivery and varies by carrier and customs. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are not included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility. Not every product ships to every country; checkout will only show items and rates that are available for your address.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your package leaves the facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show activity after it is issued.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart. Orders of $50 or more (after discounts) ship free within the U.S. The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Split shipments

If your order includes items produced in different facilities, they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you. You will get tracking for each shipment.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. Please double-check it. Packages returned for an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
